Ransomes Dock is located between Albert and Battersea Bridge, and is a former ice factory which was converted into a mixed use development consisting of business units, residential accommodation, restaurant, café and retail uses in the mid-1980’s.

Planning permissions were obtained in 2011 for the conversion of the former office suites to residential use. With the introduction of permitted development rights for offices to residential, PDA has subsequently advised on Prior Approval notices in respect of a number of other units.
