Planning permission and Conservation Area Consent obtained for a 20,000 sq.m new campus building for West Herts College.

The development at Hempstead Road, Watford includes the retention of a locally-listed building, and key issues were the impact on the Conservation Area, neighbouring residential amenity and a Grade II* listed building.

The new campus was completed and opened to students in September 2010.
